About Us
The Baseline Institute is an equity and collaboration based consulting firm devoted to furthering community power building through the support and development of accountability systems. The Baseline Institute envisions a world in which communities thrive because of their unique identities, not in spite of them. We seek a world in which each group and individual is able to live a self-determined liberated and just life.
We are located on the unceded and stolen ancestral and present lands of the Miami and Shawnee Indigenous tribes of southwest Ohio.
